1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using DSAMind ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use or access our services.

2. Description of Service

DSAMind is an interactive developer tool designed to help software engineers prepare for technical interviews and build algorithmic intuition. We provide a code practice workspace, a client-side browser-based code execution sandbox, and AI-powered coaching reviews of your approaches and implementation code.

3. User Accounts and Security

We use Clerk for authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription, Billing, and Quotas

We offer a free trial quota of 5 lifetime AI coaching reviews. To obtain unlimited AI coaching reviews, you can upgrade to a monthly recurring Pro subscription or purchase a 90-day one-time Interview Pass. Billing and payment processing are handled securely by Stripe.

Monthly subscriptions automatically renew until canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Settings page, which redirects to the Stripe Customer Portal. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law or determined at our sole discretion.

5. User Code and Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all source code, comments, and approaches you submit to DSAMind. By requesting an AI review, you grant us a limited, worldwide license to pass your code and approach text to our AI processing providers (such as Anthropic) for the sole purpose of rendering your review.

All materials provided on DSAMind, including but not limited to the interactive problem descriptions, curated teaching pattern notes, and structured scoring templates, are the property of DSAMind and protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

DSAMind is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the service, the accuracy of AI coaching reviews, or the completeness of problem solutions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DSAMind shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service or your ability or inability to pass technical interviews.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will indicate the date of the latest update at the top of this page. Your continued use of DSAMind after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
